Bring The Rain
Hello friend.

Yeah, don't start, I already know what you're going to say. In my defense, October was a busy month, and I really, truly, honestly didn't have time to blog. But I sure did find time to skate, bike, paint, go out, see art exhibits and such.
I just purchased the most recent Dethklok album. I must say, it's a lot heavier than their previous album. I'm only 3 song in, and I'm pretty impressed.
Back in October I attended my first longboard race, hosted by HGR (Houston Garage Riders). When I tell people I longboard, they usually respond with, "Don't you need hills for that?". Since we don't have many (if any) hills in Houston, we resort to skating in parking garages. Anyways...HGR hosted a race a while back and I participated. We skated 6 garages? (Hobby Center, Customs, Ed's, Pre-Cash, BlueCross BlueShield, and that last one...) Yeah, six garages in one night. We started around 11pm, and we didnt' finish till about 4am. I got home around 5am. A solid 5 hours of competitive skating. I swan-dived into bed, and slept till about 1 that afternoon. Out of 50+ guys, I placed 16th. I think it was pretty good for my first time out.

Yesh. Me in the lead, but not for long. The wheels I was weren't very grippy, and right after this picture was taken I totally ate it. Big time.
Ok, I think I'm going to sign off here soon. Let me throw up a random picture.

Goodnight.
